Why do I need a template?
A template controls all the graphical elements and layout of your e-mail. This works differently from when you create a printed letter. The graphics have to be converted to html so your mail client can read the layout instructions. Different mail clients also interpret html command differently, so you really do need to get someone who knows what they're doing!
Do I need to get a new template every time I want to send an email campaign?
No. This depends entirely on your preference, but you are welcome to use the same template every time you send out a campaign. Once your template has been loaded, you can use it again and again for future campaigns.
